Project Description
The second nine holes of this course had already undergone a full re-design and partial construction following the placement of real estate surrounding the golf course. However, that re-design and the construction work was carried out by domestic designers and was not designed or constructed to international standards. In 2014 KimberGlen was commissioned to provide the new owners with a complete re-design of holes 10 -18 to bring it in line with modern design and safety standards, marrying up the design styles of both nines and, in turn, assisting with the sale of adjacent high value properties.
In addition to the complete renovation of the holes 10-18 we were also consulted about substantial upgrades to the front nine holes which resulted in a complete re-bunkering of holes 1-9 to bring the style and quality in line with the new back nine holes.
