KIMBER & GLEN

Kimber & Glen  is a partnership between golf course architects Paul Kimber and Niall Glen. They have combined their 30 years of knowledge and experience to form a formidable team. Paul, Niall and their team of talented individuals continue to build a reputation for providing outstanding design solutions for new and existing golf course projects. Their dedication to spending time on site and unrivaled attention to detail during construction is a major factor in their success.

Put simply, we are passionate about golf; playing golf, designing golf courses, meeting other industry professionals and ultimately our combined passion to deliver excellent golf courses assists us in our goal to exceed expectations on every project we work on.  Our in-house architects are all professionally qualified and have gained experience working on all types of projects around the world, they are all pretty handy at playing the game as well!

Brought up on a diet of golf from an early age, Paul began learning about Golf Course Architecture before he realised. Playing traditional ‘Links’ courses when on family holidays and classic heathland and parkland courses every daylight hour during his school summer breaks, he developed a deep passion for the game.

Born and raised on the west coast of Scotland, and having known for some time that his future would lie somewhere in the golf industry, Niall’s career path was finally decided in 2002 when he graduated with an MSc in Golf Course Architecture from Heriot Watt University.
